Ingredients

2 Parts TPV®
1 Part freshly brewed espresso
1 Part Coffee Liqueur of choice
A touch of simple syrup

Build

Shake gently and garnish with coffee beans

Aloe Cucumber Smash

Ingredients

1.25oz Tasmanian Pure Vodka
.75oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
.5oz Lime
.5oz Simple Syrup
Mint
Club Soda

Build

Combine all ingredients.
Add ice and shake.
Garnish with Mint and Cucumber.

Garden Fresh

Ingredients

1.5oz Tasmanian Pure Vodka
.5oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Lemon Juice
2 dashes The Bitter Truth Cucumber Bitters
Mint
Splash of Lemon Lime Soda

Build

Tear mint and add to mixing tins.
Add all other ingredients.
Add ice and Shake.
Fine strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with mint sprig & cucumber wheel.

Blueberry Haze

1.5oz Tasmanian Pure Vodka
Bar spoonful of Blueberry Preserves
.75oz Hemp Seed Infused Honey Syrup*
.5oz Fresh Lemon
Fresh Mint

Build

Combine all ingredients.
Add ice and shake.
Fine strain into a glass over ice.
Garnish: Hemp seeds, Mint & Blueberry.

* Hemp Seed infused Honey Syrup: Press half a cup hemp seeds in a sauce pan with a muddler. Add 2 cups honey, 1 cup water, and 1oz PX Sherry. Stir over low heat for about 10 minutes. Strain, chill, and use.

Ingredients

2oz Tasmanian Pure Vodka
Muddled Kiwi
.5oz Lime Juice
.5oz Agave Nectar
3 Springs of Cilantro
Club Soda or Lemon & Lime Soda

Build

Muddle Kiwi and Cilantro.
Add vodka, lime and agave nectar.
Fill with ice and shake.
Strain over ice.
Garnish with Kiwi, Cilantro Spring & Tajin Rimmed Glass.

Sage and Citrus

1.5oz Tasmanian Pure Vodka
.5oz Orange Liqueur
.75oz Honey Syrup
1oz Orange Juice
Sage

Build

Press 1 sage leaf into the bottom of your mixing tin.
Add all ingredients and ice.
Shake and strain into glass over fresh ice.
Garnish: Pink Sea Salt, Orange Wedge & Sage.

.5oz Barrow’s Ginger Liqueur
.5oz Hibiscus Syrup
.5oz Fresh Lemon
3 Dashes of Ginger Bitters

Combine all ingredients.
Add ice and shake.
Fine Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with candied ginger.

Ingredients

1.5oz Tasmanian Pure Vodka
1oz Watermelon Juice/Puree
.50z Honey Syrup
.5oz Fresh Lime
Fresh Basil

Build

Tear basil leaves.
Combine all other ingredients and add ice.
Shake and fine strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish: Watermelon cube & fresh Basil sprig.

Pea sized dollop of Wasabi
Fresh Cucumber
.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Greep Apple Liqueur

Build

Combine all ingredients.
Add ice and shake.
Fine Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish: Cucumber dusted with Celery Salt
